Don't sleep on these Perfectly Grilled Vegetables! This is a simple formula that can be replicated with any of your favorite vegetables and added to grilled chicken or fish! I think we can all agree that simple meal preps are the best.
Chop all of your vegetables and place them onto foil pans, keeping the cabbage in a separate container.
Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper + your Pit Boss GSP Rub. Season the cabbage with paprika.
Place the vegetables on the grill and close the lid.
Let everything cook for about 20 minutes and then pull off the carrots and asparagus. Let the bell pepper and cabbage continue cooking for about 10-15 minutes.
Once everything is off, let it cool and then disperse into meal prep containers and serve with your favorite protein!
